Careers The Production Manger will oversee the production of NASCENTechnology, Inc. ceramic transformers. This position will manage the production operator staff and the scheduling and production of ceramic solid-state transformers and inductors. This will include the introduction and ramp-up of new capacity, the training of new production employees and participation on the NASCENTechnology capacity planning team. The Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) Magnetics Design Engineer will plan, design, develop and assess products for contracts with government and private industry clients. Our proprietary designs support military projects, and we are expanding into implantable electronics. This new position has the responsibilities to prepare or direct preparation of specifications and drawings, define tests to be conducted on new designs, and critically evaluate test results.
